Applause to the Commission Junction Support Team Commission Junction

After using the internet for year I try usually to use forum such as digital factory for example to research any problems or question I might have weather it would be an affiliate program or just software in general

Mainly because
80% of the time you get a answer quicker
The answer you get is not going to be as bias as the answer you would get from a support team
You guaranteed it is not going to be another auto-response.

Not always will you get your answer so you may go straight to source and email the support team. Over the Christmas period you expect things to be a lit slow but anyway, I email Google about having my adsense account disabled on the 24th December 2007, now the 5th January 2008 and still no reply. Emailed Starlogic about my one of my sites being down rang them 3 times in 5 days continually being told 24 hours and it will be back up and running. Sites was finally updating correctly 3 days later after I made a step by step video of what the problem was. Looked at my Skype after the week and spent an over 9 hours on the phone either on hold and someone telling me the problem was my end.

So back to Commission Junction -

My question was: I have 2 laptops connected to the same router but half of your ads are only showing on my second laptop? Also I recently got booted from adsense for no reason. I earning where honest so I have wasted a lot of time. I have been using CJ for 6 months with 10,369 impressions and only 51 click and no earnings. Is everything working ok?
I am going to design 5 web sites for internet cafes in my area and place CJ banners on all the homes page E.g. It is a tourist area and lots of hotel booking. Is this allowed and are my sites as banner ads from CJ are concerned.
I can’t afford to waste any more time.

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for your inquiry. If one laptop is showing banners and the other is not, it is due to the security settings on your computer. Either you do not have your cookies enabled, and you have not listed www.cj.com as one of your "allowed sites", or you have third-party software on your computer that is preventing your links to open.

To enable your cookies, go to the "Tool" bar in your browser. Select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu. Click the "Privacy" tab, and set the slider bar to "Medium". Click the "Settings" tab and add " www.cj.com" to your allowed sites. After restarting your computer, check to make sure that your banners are showing. If not, then you must have some sort of third-party anti-virus program on your computer. Check to see if you are using any programs like McAfee, Norton Anti-Virus, ABG, SpyBot, Trend Micro, etc. If you are, either set them to accept Commission Junction's servers or delete the software from your computer.

If you would like to run advertisers' banners in an internet cafe, you must first disclose your account as an "incentive/ special program". Be sure to give a detailed description of exactly what you plan to do.

Also, if you are recording clicks and impressions, this means that your links are tracking properly. There is no proportional estimate for what volume of clicks, or amount of time, will yield a sale/lead. Multiple factors, such as the manner in which traffic is driven, the origin of this traffic, and the accessibility of the links may affect the number of transactions that occur.

We encourage that you continue to monitor your account with patience. It is possible to receive a large volume of traffic without resulting in a transaction(s). If you would like to provide us with the location (on your site) where the CJ links can be found, we can test the functionality for you, however, the fact that your clicks are being reported means that the links should be working properly.

Booted From Adsense

What a last few days. Never got around to blogging anything. I’m pretty new to running a web design company, updating my blogs, and affiliate marketing all at once. Plus decided to go and buy a few domains, also got my pin for Google to receive my payment. It paid off after all. A lot of hours, a lot of weeks for this payment but the other way to look at it is the unique content I published over the past 2 months will always be making me revenue, with my affiliate programs: CJ, Google Adsense, Paddy Power and more..read more or Comment
