Playing Pool Online For FUN and FREE
Posted on 22th January 2008
What happen's when the pool league finishes?
Local Pool League finishing soon :(. What’s going to be the plan for Monday and Friday nights. Play Pool Online or was the league about going down to the pub and getting pissed. Who knows? Who Cares? Think your good and want to improve for free or even place a small bet to make it interesting (not my style, so if you see me in the pub don’t ask!) or maybe you lost the 3 or 4 matches you played and want to feel better before you sleep. Could be more, more be less (this is a quick post)
-
Average 3000’s player online at all times and increasing every day
Chat Options (no foul langue please)
8 Ball, 9 Ball, Snooker (not available yet, but coming soon.) -

-
JUST ENTER A NICKNAME AND PLAY

POOL POOL ONLINE FOR FUN
There is also an option to play against Jimmy White, (have no idea what that’s about because you may only select this is real money mode which I don’t use.
If you start playing and start to win a lot, why not? Put a fiver on it. This online pool games room also is featuring a pool community. Add your friends, search for players close to you etc.. etc... Looking for a game search for “kevinfahey” and invite me to a game. FUN only unless I’m drunk.
Additions options include doubling, playing with guide lines and disabling chat. There is a large number of players who speak Spanish which might improve your skills, but as I said before “no bad language please, lol) Enjoy!

Applause to the Commission Junction Support Team
After using the internet for year I try usually to use forum such as digital factory for example to research any problems or question I might have weather it would be an affiliate program or just software in general Mainly because
80% of the time you get a answer quicker
The answer you get is not going to be as bias as the answer you would get from a support team
You guaranteed it is not going to be another auto-response.
Not always will you get your answer so you may go straight to source and email the support team. Over the Christmas period you expect things to be a lit slow but anyway, I email Google about having my adsense account disabled on the 24th December 2007, now the 5th January 2008 and still no reply. Emailed Starlogic about my one of my sites being down rang them 3 times in 5 days continually being told 24 hours and it will be back up and running. Sites was finally updating correctly 3 days later after I made a step by step video of what the problem was. Looked at my Skype after the week and spent an over 9 hours on the phone either on hold and someone telling me the problem was my end.
So back to Commission Junction -
Email Sent 2.48 a.m. 24th Dec 07 Reply received 26th Dec 07 8:24 a.m.
My question was: I have 2 laptops connected to the same router but half of your ads are only showing on my second laptop? Also I recently got booted from adsense for no reason. I earning where honest so I have wasted a lot of time. I have been using CJ for 6 months with 10,369 impressions and only 51 click and no earnings. Is everything working ok?
I am going to design 5 web sites for internet cafes in my area and place CJ banners on all the homes page E.g. It is a tourist area and lots of hotel booking. Is this allowed and are my sites as banner ads from CJ are concerned.
I can’t afford to waste any more time.
Happy near Year Kevin Fahey

Dear Kevin,
Thank you for your inquiry. If one laptop is showing banners and the other is not, it is due to the security settings on your computer. Either you do not have your cookies enabled, and you have not listed www.cj.com as one of your "allowed sites", or you have third-party software on your computer that is preventing your links to open.
To enable your cookies, go to the "Tool" bar in your browser. Select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu. Click the "Privacy" tab, and set the slider bar to "Medium". Click the "Settings" tab and add " www.cj.com" to your allowed sites. After restarting your computer, check to make sure that your banners are showing. If not, then you must have some sort of third-party anti-virus program on your computer. Check to see if you are using any programs like McAfee, Norton Anti-Virus, ABG, SpyBot, Trend Micro, etc. If you are, either set them to accept Commission Junction's servers or delete the software from your computer.
If you would like to run advertisers' banners in an internet cafe, you must first disclose your account as an "incentive/ special program". Be sure to give a detailed description of exactly what you plan to do.
Also, if you are recording clicks and impressions, this means that your links are tracking properly. There is no proportional estimate for what volume of clicks, or amount of time, will yield a sale/lead. Multiple factors, such as the manner in which traffic is driven, the origin of this traffic, and the accessibility of the links may affect the number of transactions that occur.
We encourage that you continue to monitor your account with patience. It is possible to receive a large volume of traffic without resulting in a transaction(s). If you would like to provide us with the location (on your site) where the CJ links can be found, we can test the functionality for you, however, the fact that your clicks are being reported means that the links should be working properly.
For strategies and techniques on how to increase your web sites success, Commission Junction clients can visit CJU Online by logging in to the CJ Account Manager™ and clicking on the CJU Online link in the upper right hand corner. There you can get strategic advice from Commission Junction with the roadmap to success, full of tips for running pay-for-performance programs, plus articles written by our experienced staff to help you succeed. You may also take advantage of provided by Commission Junction's partners, including complementary marketing services, online tools and educational opportunities.
Remember you can get answers to most of your questions 24 hours-a-day by logging into your CJ Account Manager™ and clicking on the "Help" link.
Sincerely,
Commission Junction Client Support
I hope this helped anyone with any questions they might have and many thanks to the commission junction team for their swift reply over Christmas.

Creating Your Very First HTML Document Part 1
For anyone new to writing a html document I recommend starting with notepad and move on to a more to Dreamweaver or another HTML editor once you have learn the basic command.
*Do not use programs like word or publisher for the designing of any html page.
* Leave the copy and paste until you learned that basic tags. Getting use to typing will make it easier to edit your html pages in the future.
First step, open notepad and type the following:
<html>
<head>
<title>My First HTML Page</title>
</head>
<body>
Welcome to my first HTML web page
</body>
</html>
Excellent your have now created your first HTML document. Now for saving. Click file and save as. Lets called this file index.html
* HTML (Hyper Text Mark-up Language)
- The first tag that every HTML document. must contain
* TITLE (The name giving to the page which will be displayed at the top of your browser
- What appears in the top of your embroider when you are viewing you site
* BODY (The content is your web site)
- The content of your web site
Ok, so why the arrows and forward slashes ( < > / ) These are called tags. Here is of basic html tags that might help you develop a presentable web page.
| <h1>Heading 1 </h1> | Heading 1 |
| <h2>Heading 2 </h2> | Heading 2 |
| <h3>Heading 3 </h3> | Heading 3 |
| <h4>Heading 4 </h4> | Heading 4 |
| <h5>Heading 5 </h5> | Heading 5 |
| <h6>Heading 6 </h6> | Heading 6 |
Lets put the heading tag into use when building your first web page / blog. So move o back o your html editor or notepad and just after your body tag type :
<h1>Welcome to first html web page </h1>
Save your html document., open your web browser and view. I prefer to use Firefox but testing your web page if different browser is very important.
To see an example of how your document looks click here
Just like your were using Word for example you would type a paragraph.
<p>The basics on how to design a web page</p>
* Remember always include the forward slash when closing HTML tags </a>
<html>
<head>
<title>My First HTML Page</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Welcome to first html web page </h1>
<p>The basics on how to design a web page</p>
</body>
</html>
Lets add some colour and alignment to your header in your web page:
Here are a list of the basic colour and the code to implement them on your web site
Basic HEX and RGB Colors
| Color | Color HEX | Color RGB | |
| Red | #FF0000 | rgb(255,0,0) | |
| Blue | #0000FF | rgb(0,0,255) | |
| Black | #000000 | rgb(0,0,0) | |
| White | #FFFFFF | rgb(255,255,255) | |
| Green | #00FF00 | rgb(0,255,0) | |
| Yellow | #FFFF00 | rgb(255,255,0) |
HTML Text Alignment
| <align="center"> | Center |
| <align="left"> | Left |
| <align="right"> | Right |
Now your going to change to look of your heading.
Change <h1>The is the first HTML Web Page </h1> to:
<h1 align ="center">Welcome To My First <font color="#FF0000">HTML</font><font color="#0000FF">Web Page</font></h1>
To see an example of how your document looks click here
I am going to use the text the basic's on how to design a web page numerous other phases through my examples. You may use your own content and by the time you have finished this tutorial you will able to edit the page your requirements and have have it uploaded to the web.
Font Colors & Sizes
| <b> | The text is bold |
| <i> | This text is italic |
| <u> | The text is underlined |
| <font size="+1"> | The is font size 1 |
| <font size="+2"> | The is font size 2 |
| <font size="+3"> | The is font size 3 |
With what you has learned so far you should be able to add a paragraph to you web page that look like this. Just incase there are problem I have placed the HTML code below.
My AIM as a Web Page Designer
<p align="left"><font size="+2">My </font>A</font>I<font size="+1" color="#0000FF">M</font> as a <i><font color="#FF0000">Web </font></i><b> Page</b> Designer</font> </p>
To see an example of how your document looks click here
Now we have a basic HTML web page that consists of a title, a heading and two paragraphs. We need a little more to make this page work. Tables, images, lists
Working with HTML Tables
| <table> | Start of a table |
| <tr> | Start of a table row |
| <td> | Start of table data |
| </td> | End of table data |
| </tr> | End of table row |
| </table> | End of table |
| <table border="1"> | Sets a border for the table |
| <td colspan="5"> | Displays the particular table cell across 5 columns. |
| </table> | End of table |
Tables are of the easiest ways to put a web page together. Lets design a table to build your web site around. Delegate everything between <body> and </body> and type the following. Please note i am going to keep this very simple for the moment and after your table has being designed I will show you how to inset videos and photos.
<html>
<head>
<title>My First HTML Page</title>
</head>
<body>
<table border="1" width="800px" align="center">
<tr>
<td colspan="5">HERE WE WILL PLACE AN IMAGE LATER</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td colspan="5" align="center"><h1><font color="#0000FF">My </font>Personal <font color="#FF0000">Web site</font></h1></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td colspan="2">About Me</td>
<td align="center" colspan="5">Place a Video Here</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td colspan="5">Design Your Personal Video Web site Using HTML by Kevin Fahey</td>
</tr>
</table>
</body>
</html>
To see an example of how your document looks click here
Looks a bit boring so using simple HTML tags we can ad lists, horizontal lines and change image border color's, and sizes.
Image HTML Tags
| <img src="image1.jpg"> | To display image |
| <img align="middle" src="image1.jpg"> | To align image |
| <img src="image1.jpg" width="150" height="200"> |
To change the size of a image |
Horizontal Rule HTML Tags
| <hr> | Display a line across the screen |
| <hr color="#CCCCCC"> | Change the color of the line |
| <hr width="50%"> | Change the width of the line |
Table Data Alignment
| <td align="center"> | Align's the cell content in the center |
Back to editing your HTML page. Replace all
<tr>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
<td>IMAGE</td>
</tr>
with :
<tr>
<td><img src="image1.jpg" width="130" height="110"></td>
<td><img src="image1.jpg" width="96" height="72"></td>
<td><img src="image1.jpg" width="60" height="48"></td>
<td><img src="image1.jpg" width="96" height="72"></td>
<td><img src="image1.jpg" width="160" height="120"></td>
</tr>
To see an example of how your document looks click here
HTML Lists Tags
| <ul> | Tells the browser to display a un-ordered list. |
| <li> | The first item of the list |
| </li> | End of first item. It add another repeat the process. |
| </ul> | Tells the browser to end list |
HTML HYPER LINKING
| <a href="http://www.kevinfahey.net"> Site 1 </a> | Links the text to a another url or web page. Replace this link with your favorite sites. |
| <a href="http://www.kevinfahey.net" target="_blank"> | Displaying the web page in a new window. |
Now to add a bit of style to about me using HTML links and lists tags. Using the information I have provided add information about yourself or what you want and and hyper links to another page which will open in a new browsers.
. To see an example of how your document looks click here
This is the HTML code I used in the example :
<p>About Me</p>
<ul>
<li>Name :<font size="-1"> Your Info Here </font> </li>
<li>Address : <font size="-1">Your Info Here</font></li>
<li>Age : <font size="-1">Your Info Here</font></li>

Booted From Adsense
Posted on 22th December 2007
What a last few days. Never got around to blogging anything. I’m pretty new to running a web design company, updating my blogs, and affiliate marketing all at once. Plus decided to go and buy a few domains, also got my pin for Google to receive my payment. It paid off after all. A lot of hours, a lot of weeks for this payment but the other way to look at it is the unique content I published over the past 2 months will always be making me revenue, with my affiliate programs: CJ, Google Adsense, Paddy Power and more.
Had a job to fix and computer for a friend of mine and told him about the free advertising option on one of my web sites. (www.webmastersmallorca.com) he could use to promote his business and decided to place him on Google Maps and embed the Map on my web site.
Next day a phone call from a another friend who requires a flash banner to advertise his computer repair company on my website, so I decide to place him on Google Maps as well, now I got to make a index page for maps of businesses in my area, with only 2 links. This is something I hate, being re-directed to a page with 2 links, maybe a picture, and a standard amount of ads.
Walk the dog and think? Lets create a page for businesses in my town in which I know the exact location of on Google Maps and places them on my website (www.webmastersmallorca.com/santa-ponsa-maps.html) Place a simple Google Adsense banner on the top of my web page which interest’s the viewer about will provide more information about the services or location they are looking for.
Excellent! People who know about any of these services now have an easy way to find and get up to date directions to their location. A free service provided by Google Maps and with a little knowledge of HTML and a place to store your personal photos online this can easily be achieved.
What about the people who don’t know about the businesses? WebMastersMallorca.com used excellent SEO (search engine optimism) to make sure your web page is found which is included in our cheap advertising rates. So let’s offer business owners in my area an option to have their business placed on our Santa Ponsa Maps. First 20 entries were free to get higher results in search engines, index new pages more regularly and of course to keep my regular site visitors more informed and updated about the Island in which I am promoting.
So were straight back to what I said in my first article about my mistake in promoting bars and restaurants in which only 50% are opened all year round. It did not work. What happens on the Island in the winter? Real Estate! What costs a lot of money? Real Estate! What makes a lot of money? Real Estate!
Hundreds of people search my site everyday looking for one thing or another relating to mostly Santa Ponsa and Magaluf. With-in my site are ads by Google Adsense which promote companies who provide a service of Real Estate Agents, Direct from owner sellers and business owners who wish to sell their business or services in Santa Ponsa. All is good for me, if one of my vistor’s are interested in one of these ads and click, through the Google Adsense Program, I receive my commission maybe between $X.XX and $X.XX.
My knowledge of the area helped me with the excellent services in which I provide for people who wish to advertise on Santa Ponsa Maps. For any real estate companies, holiday home renting companies, or direct from owner property seller’s who would like to advertise cheap, our prices include exact placement of Google Maps, Professional Search Engine Optimism, to make our clients gets noticed from less than €20 for 1 year of professional promotion and advertising.
Excellent promotion, business owners get noticed, site visitors and better informed and more content is built to receive higher rankings in Search Engines.
How Do I Protect This Plan? Buy, protect and copyright Santa Ponsa Maps. I always want to keep anything relating to Mallorca and especially Santa Ponsa on my WebMastersMallorca.com website. So how do I promote it? Let’s say a client rings me and wants the address. “Have you a pen” No! “Ok”
“www dot webmastersmallorca no spaces dot com forward slash dot santa dash Ponsa dash maps dot html”
Got that? “Yes excellent, will contact you later.” Never gets to your site. It’s a must buy www.santaponsamap.com. Simple, easy to remember, easy to promote and basic keyword’s which helps a lot when I come to search engine results with Google.
As well I purchases www.magalufmaps.com and have great plans to promote this quickly before Christmas for the little increase in tourist the Island gets for the Christmas and the New Year’s Holiday Season.
A lot happening in one day! Great news phones starts ringing need this website updated with 3 days, another call need a site designed by next week, and in the middle of all this I find a site for sale called www.masterbartending.com. Got to love the domain name, and was well worth the bin price. Content I was planning on changing as soon as possible, which will hopefully be updating with-in the before the new year.
So ending the 2nd day of waiting for my usually reliable host, StarLogic.com to point my domain names, I end up waiting 72 hours.
A little hint when promoting your web site,
“Wait the extra 24 hours in case your host’s expected transfer time has not being met.”
Thursday, looking to be a good day when a client asks me to design a web site for his Internet Cafe. So an idea comes to mind which might help me boost my Google Adsense commission and my other affiliate programs like CJ and Click Bank.
My plan : If I provide a free web site for any Internet Cafe on the Island, designing a basic home page with some information on opening hours, services, a little Java etc.... and most important a few quick links to my sites. It’s got to work.
Sorted!, Come home to check my email and to my disgust Google has disabled temperarally myadsense account.
While going through our records recently, we found that your Adsense
account has posed a significant risk to our Adwords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.
Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other Adsense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
advance for your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've
taken, please do not reply to this email. You can find more information

It’s like playing god with some lively hood. They are keeping the $168 commission I have earned, removed all Google ads from my pages, which of course made a right mess of my Sporting-Info.com website. (off the topic, which I will be selling to any serious buyers who have an adsense account and would like to make some easy cash)
Not one bit happy, so I have sent an email to Google pleading my innocence (in which I am)
So 2 days after receiving my PIN number from Google I receive an email that my account as being disabled. Twenty-four hours later one of my sources of income has been taken from me and there is really nothing I can do about it. Ok, it’s only 36 hours later and no reply from my innocent plead that had no involvement in the in-valid clicks, (which in I am100% honest). I have an notion of why the clicks might have accrued, and will continue to research this issue until I send my second plead, if Google give me one:
"A publisher who has been banned for the Google Adsense program has ONE chance to appeal and as rejection they will receive no further contact from Google"
After reading hundred's of blog posts, forum, and Google advise F.A.Q’s pages and not usually being a type of person to give up I am starting to realise that if the Goggle Adsense Program decides to ban me for life there is very little I can do about it.
Ok, just for fun let Google it "make money online without adsense" The first twenty results at least contain "Make Money With Adsense" nothing more. So I go with "Adsense Account Disabled" More and more forum post about how lucky a certain person to get reinstated in the Google Adsense Program, some of which received full payment, some who were deducted the payment for what Google found to be invalid click and other received no penalty. Please let me state there were a lot more “congrat's you are the lucky one”.
So not looking to good, as a new affiliate to the Google adsense, my plan to continue building a mass selection of useful information sites for all categories with Google ads placed around my sites to
1. Help maintain the updates of the site to keep visitors interested what I have to write about.
2. Show my visitors relevant ads or links relating to the website in which I make revenue from.
And this is what the Google adsense program is all about. At first I love it as I stated in one of my earlier posts. It is my bread and butter, and now like a flash it’s gone. So in my next few post I will update you with my progress with Google and possibly edit this post if my account as been reinstated and believe again that Google is one of the honest affiliate program's.

Posted on 15th December 2007
My Santa Ponsa Review
After living in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca for 5 years, working the bars and nightclubs in the area. I suggest the resort for a family holiday, hen or stag weekend break. Golfing trips etc...
Santa Ponsa, Mallorca is also an excellent place to visit all year round. During the peak summer months of June, July and August the bars are extremely busy with tourists from all over Europe, including the U.K. Ireland and Germany. During the past number of years we have seen a big increase in the number of tourists from the Spanish mainland.
Some of favorite bars during the summer months would be The Shamrock, Disco Inferno, Simply's, Greenhills Disco Bar, Daniels Corner, and Scrumpy Jo's.
During the winter months in Santa Ponsa a lot of the disco bars and night clubs close down, but all is it not dead. The ex pat's, local residents, and tourist are entertained with the Santa Ponsa Pool League, The Caliva Quiz and numerous other events.
Bars hosting these events include The Lucky Leprechaun, Simply's, Scrumpy Jo's, The Crown, Rehab, Hotshots, Rebels, Bar Code 7, Rovers Return, The Acorn, The Glasgow Bar and many more.
Starting from St. Patricks Day on the 17th of March most of the bars start to begin their season again. Starting with Gallagher’s, The Dubliner, KMS’s and Strings.
Later on in the season starting from mid May the season is in full action with live music in most bars, with international bands and DJ’s including “The Hobys, The Waxies, Small World, The Weightless Astronauts, and of course Galway born “Danny Darcy” who plays during the summer months in Durty Nelly’s and can been seen playing in many other bars and venues including “GALA”. To view his website take a look at www.dannydancy.net for more information on his upcoming events.
As part of our website design services we provide information on the bars and restaurants from all over the island, including the popular resorts Magaluf, Palma Nova, Peguera, and the capital of the Balearics Palma.
We provide you with information all the hotels, bars, restaurant in the area and provide excellent information for local residents including all Property Maintenance Services, Jobs In Mallorca, Services In Mallorca, The Fixtures and Results of the Santa Ponsa Pool League, Information and Green Fee prices on certain golf courses in Mallorca and fixture for the Island football team Deportee de Mallorca F.C.
This site provides excellent information for tourist and for local business owners who would like to advertise their business for free.
Online Poker & Poker Rules
Posted on 8th December 2007
- One of the most beautiful games in the world and one of my favorite pastimes. Texas Hold’em poker. The main object of the game is to get the best hand possible with the 2 cards you have in your hand and the 5 cards on board. The hand ranks are as follows :
1. One Pair: One pair refers to two cards out of five cards with the same value Ex: A-A-K-7-6 (or) J-J-8-5-3. If these pairs are equal, compare the highest ranking odd cards from each hand; if these are equal compare the second highest odd card, and if these are equal to compare the lowest odd cards. So A-A-7-6-5 beats A-A-7-3-2 because the 6 beats 3.
2. Two Pair: Refers to two different pairs of cards and one another card. Ex: A-A-K-K-5 (or) J-J- 10-10-7.
3. Three of a kind: Refers to three cards of the same numerical value and two other cards. EX: A-A-A-3-2 (or) 5-5-5-K-J.
4. Straight: Refers to five cards in the sequential order of different suits. EX: 6-5-4-3-2 (or) Q-J-10-9-8.
5. Flush: Refers to five cards in non-sequential order of the same suit. EX: A-9-7-5-2 (or) K-J-8-6-3.
6. Full House: Refers to three cards of the same numerical value and a pair EX: A-A-A-5-5 (or) 6-6-6-2-2.
7. Four of a kind: Refers to four cards of the same numerical value and any other card. EX: A-A-A-A-3 (or) 5-5-5-5-7.
8. Straight Flush: Refers to five cards of the same sequential order of the same suit. EX: 7-6-5-4-3 (or) 9-10-J-Q-K all spades.
9. Royal Flush: Refers to 10-J-Q-K-A (or) A-K-Q-J-10 of the same suit. It's nothing but the best straight flush. As all suits are equal, all royal flushes are equal.
10. Now what happens when the five cards do not form any of the combinations listed above. That's when High Card comes in to play. When comparing two such hands, the one with the better highest card wins.

In 1994, The Government of Antigua, Bermuda passed the free trade and Processing Zone Act. This made it possible to any online casino’ to legally run under licences granted by this law.
It was not until 1996, when Inter Casino first launched the first online casino where an actual real bet wager could be placed. Companies were not long to follow and with-in 3 years there were over 700 online casinos. It became very popular, very quick and on 30 May 2002, an online casino produced its first millionaire. Google, Google Maps, Google Earth, Google Adsense
Posted on 5th December 2007
Majority of websites have ads. Some are placed by banner swapping, others by commission if somebody click on a particular ad and is re-directed to the website and purchases an item or sign’s up for a services etc... And then we have pay-per-click ads. There are many of these but here I will talk about Google Adsense.
Google Adsense
First thing I have to say about Google adsense is, I love it! It make me money.
Why Use Google adsense?
If you have a exciting website and want to ad Google adsense, it will not be necessary to change you design, format or layout of your website.
Google adsense displays ads relating to the content of your website, and you may block any unwanted ads.
With no experience of HTML no can still use google adsense?
Google adsense gives you complete control over the design, sizes and colour of your ad.
Making Money with Google Adsense?
Here is where I went wrong. Started off design a website for the nightclub I work in. Came home one night and decided to put Google adsense on the website to see how it goes. Put 468 x 60 ads on 5 of the most important pages. Woke up the next morning could not believe it had $1 in my account, excellent, so spent most of the day placing ads all over my site. Six months later I am still making $1 from this site. The problem was the night club opened only 4 months of the year, there are only 1 million people on the Island, and most important most of my site contains was pictures after pictures of tourist getting drunk. Almost the same ad on every page, No content no revenue!
So, pretty much the same as my summer job, seasonal websites are no good in the long run. Google adsense have payout minimum payout of $100 and I would take me a while to get a check.
Let’s think international interests which will keep visitors happy from all over the world. Sports got to be one. So I decided to create a site related to all sports (www.sporting-info.com). After one week Sporting-info.com had created more revenue for me than GreenhillsDisco.com did in the last 3 months.
Google Search
Google say that they are just another web search engine, so any time they are attacked or sued over their judgements on a site they just tell us to use another search engine. Lets take my site for instance www.webmastersmallorca.com.
Google claim it can take months for your site to be listed, luckily I have not have that problem. All off my sites have been indexed with 10 days. Well sort of, index page took 2 days list the home and 6 months later am I still waiting on some of my pages to be indexed.
All was excellent for the first 2 months, most of the search queries that I aimed for came up in the first 10. My content never changed that much, still using the same keywords. So why are my results coming up on the 2nd or 3rd page now.
I am certain it has to do with “bitvertiser” or any other pay-per-click company that are fighting to bead Google. I would not advise change from Google Adsense. This is not an actual fact but through my re-search I came upon more a lot of stories similar to mine. So I have re-moved “bitvertiser” from my site and am going to give it 4 – 6 weeks and I will tell you the results.
Here a video I found interesting a relating to my problem.
Google Earth for the Good or the bad?
Well as a web designer, as well as Google adsense, I love it! I am no artist am most of my customers want maps and directions for the business placed on the website. It takes me about 5 minutes, 10 with an image and 12 to embed the map on my page and upload to your server, and I’m slow. Saves me time and save my customer money.
Also with my website www.webmastersmallorca.com I will be adding a page for bars, restaurant and real estate’s agencies in the area of Santa Ponsa Mallorca to add their business to the map. This is also a way to make extra revenue from Google adsense, which I will talk about in more detail later. Information and your finger tips and then we have a bad side of it, Privacy and Security!
Thomas Harding, a journalist is Brasa reported to the daily telegraph that officers found the camp's precise longitude and latitude of camp which was hit my terrorists. It is also confirmed that terrorists are using Google Earth to locate vulnerable areas to attack. Here are some quotes in which I question the use of Google earth for the good of this world.
“Documents seized during raids on the homes of insurgents last week uncovered print-outs from photographs taken from Google.”
“Written on the back of one set of photographs taken of the Shatt al Arab Hotel, headquarters for the 1,000 men of the Staffordshire Regiment battle group, officers found the camp's precise longitude and latitude.”

Tickek Sales at All TIme Low for Austrilia vs India - Melbourne
Despite the highly anticipated test match between India and Australia ticket sales have not measured up with the excitement surrounding the match which will be played on the 26th of December.
A total of 22,000 tickets have been sold for the first day’s play at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) which although is high for a non-ashes season is a disappoint meant compared to last year’s boxing day match in which 67,000 people turned up to the match.
Co-incidental to the 2005/06 season, when the South African’s toured Australia and only 11,000 tickets were sold.
Victoria Cricket staff held a 3 hour meeting On Wednesday to discuss promotional strategies to bring in more people to the game – hoping to be implemented sometime during December (most likely as soon as possible). However, fans are restricted from visiting the visitors, India, who will land in Melbourne with barley enough time to commence their three day match with Victoria at Junction Oval, beginning on the 20th of December.
Australian Fast bowler, Brett Lee, is comparing this match to an Ashes match – although the Ashes being one of the biggest events on the cricket calendar. Bringing up the fact, Cricket Australia is debating to have a 6 day tour for the upcoming Ashes in which England will play in every state around Australia.
Whites Farewell

Tomorrow Jake white (current Springbok coach) will say farewell to his team after they take on Barbarians in a non-test fixture at Twickenham.
White was always a man of his own decisions often media and the public would get in his way of deciding on a player suitable for the position. White would pick who he thought was suitable and what suited the team best – this lead to triumphing times and downfalls.
The 43 year old will walk away with his head high, leading the Bok to a world cup early on in his career. Leaving his team with a relatively youthful line-up White’s main concern during his coaching career was constant battles with South African administrators. As spoken about in his press conference:
"The match against the Barbarians at Twickenham on 1 December will be my last as Springbok coach," he said in a statement. "I walk away with no regrets, but with plenty of sadness.
"I heard from board members that there were certain people who said that the relationship wasn't healthy and someone has to go and the board members and the [union] presidents aren't going to go.
"I'm really disappointed with the way they have treated me and the way they have handled the process. My performance has not been reviewed and it says in my contract that I did not have to reapply for the position - but they have used the fact that I didn't apply as a cop-out for not putting me on the shortlist."
White’s harsh treatment after winning the World Cup upset him and eventually caused a downfall when South Africa couldn’t overcome a young New Zealand side. White wasn’t the greatest in terms of success rates but always gave it his all, that title goes to Kitch Cristie who won the 14 test matches he took control of in 1995.
White finished with winning a total of 36 out of 54 matches and having a total percent of 66.66. With White’s four season management the Bok’s were able to win a tri nations cup – world cup and go from being sixth on world rugby ratings to first at one stage.
White’s ability to stand up for himself against a team of administrators that were not used to being told what to do was possibly his greatest accomplishment ever.
Whites replacements will be - Allister Coetzee, Under 21 coach Peter de Villiers and 1995 World Cup winner Chester Williams, along with the Bulls Super 14-winning coach Heyneke Meyer.

The World Best Pool Trick Shot
The reason I came up with the idea of designing this website and blog was through spending a lot of time on Youtube. Noticing more and more that when I was searching was something in particular I found a lot of not relevant videos come up in the results as well, plus a lot of low grade videos. Being a pool fan and playing for my local team in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca, I was looking for the best trick shots. Well folks here we go, if you see a video and a trick shot better than this please send me the link.more or Comment
Top 5 Football Players
Posted on 28th December 2007
Best Football Players of All Times
In this article you will find out who we selected to be the best 2006/07 players of the season.
Starting at number five in is – Lionel Messi
Fighting through an injury prone 2006 season young Lionel Messi missed a lot of football for both hiscountry Argentina and his home side Barcelona। After a return to the 2007 season Messi began to show some beautiful skill and kick the occasional for both his teams. Definitely a player to watch over the years – Could he go on to be what Maradona once was? Comment
At number 4 – Ronaldinho
Ronaldinho proved to the world he was human when he portrayed such a dismal performance at the 2006 world cup showing some terrible enthusiasm for the game. At one stage being the biggest thing since Beckham, Ronaldinho failed to perform at possibly the biggest stage in hi career. Many argued he looked slow and sluggish after winning the champions league with Barcelona. 2006/07 season saw more people criticizing his apparent lack for the game, but after 24 gaols in 54 games the fans were back on his side and enough to earn him a top 5 position. Comment
At number 3 – Cristiano Ronaldo
Finally the boy has earned a name for him self, after his brilliant performances with Manchester United during the EPL season has taken him up the rankings to be one of the greatest players of the season. Although the occasional cameras in his way Ronaldo has managed to balance out his football with his social life. Skillful in all areas assisting and scoring goals for United gave them the edge in winning the EPL. After numerous awards he is still in control of things and playing great football. Comment
At number 2 – Steven Gerrard
Glamor and skill has taken the football world by surprise lately but who can leave the great andinspirational Steven Gerrard out? Gerrard being the engine of that kept Liverpool going has displayed amazing skill as well as leading Liverpool to there second European cup. Comment
At Number 1 – Kaka
The one and only AC Milan star Kaka has taken the football world by surprise. Kaka’s season started poorly has Brazil barreled out of the world cup early for the first time since 1990 not making the world cup. After Andriy Shevchenko’s departure to English Premier League team Chelsea, Kaka was expected to take his spot. As well as the new appointed coach of Brazil, Coach Dunga, was appointed Kaka was dropped to the bench. A determined Kaka was determined to play to the best of his ability eventually leading Brazil out of a dry spot and leading AC Milan to the champions league final. Comment

My First Blog Post
Hello and welcome. My name is Kevin Fahey, originally from County Kildare in Ireland, currently living in Spain sitting in front of a computer for about 8 hours a day trying to come up with new ways of making money online using my computer.
When, where and how did this all start? Well, I was thinking about this last night, and as far as I can remember, I would have been around 14 (8 years ago) when I was messing around on the internet and came across a site "getting paid to do surveys". I spent a few hours one month filling out a few answers and then, one month later, a cheque arrived for me in the post for about $7. Wahoo, well no not really. I think the bank at the time charged me £3.50 Irish Pounds to change it, so I pretty much ended up with nothing.
Was that the end of home based business for me? Well kind of, for at least a few years. I think the reason this ended along with a lot of my other positive interests was I found out what a woman and a pint of beer was.
After doing a few years of bar work in my hometown of Monasterevin, in a pub formally called Dunphys (now Cumminfords), I picked up a few bar tending skills and decided to move to Mallorca in Spain.
After the first season finished in October, ninety-five percent of the workers packed up and were off home until next May, back to college, or in some of the bands cases back to the wife and kids. So here I'm left all confused wondering where to go and what to do. To make a long story short I went to live in Lanzarotte for about 3 months, and the one thing I learned about Lanzarotte is "Don't go there". Even to this day I cannot understand the reason for people liking this resort. When I arrived there I ended up doing a week's work in the newly built up town of Playa Blanca in an Irish Bar. All was good until I decided to move to the main tourist part of the Island and this is where shit began to go wrong. Bosses didn't want to pay me, some non-English speaking work colleagues tried to rob me and talk about trying to get a staff discount in the bar you work in... Forget it!!! This is just my story and I am sure there are a lot of good ones as well but as far as I am concerned Lanazarotte can stay far south east of Spain and I will remain happy in Mallorca on the beautiful west coast.
So after that dreadful spell, I ended up moving back home to Ireland with my tail between my legs and moved to Portlaois to work in a small busy bar called Sally Garden's. The money was ok, but hours were extremely long. All in all though it was worth it considering I saved up enough to move back to Mallorca and continue working in Greenhills Disco Bar, Santa Ponsa.
After a few more years, I was starting to think, what future has this job got for me and where is it going. Bars and nightclubs in Santa Ponsa and places similar all have the one thing in common; in this line of work your position holds alot of status. You have the manager and you have the junior staff. No in between, no bitching and no union! It works well when you have a good manger and luckily I did.
So me thinking ahead for the winter of 2007 with no job, no other sort of income. Its time for a plan!!! One thing I noticed about the Island of Mallorca there are a lot of business' who could profit a lot from having a website. Something at this stage I knew nothing about. I was messing about in Publisher 98 when I was young and came up sites about myself and my interests that looked ok. But let's admit it, anyone can design a web page in Publisher, its t when they go on to editing it, the problem starts.
That's all I have time for now. In my next post I will continue explaining how I began to learn HTML and what I used.
